1. Manage and monitoring on Purchasing Raw material (Cassava) as production plan required at minimize cost with high qualities of Cassava 2. Research more suppliers from all areas that have plant cassava and competitor buying price no matter at Thai or Vietnam border to make more choice to choose from all sources ( Direct from farmers, Silo, and Middleman) 3. Monitoring daily purchasing activities and supporting operation in quality and timely manner of all raw material 4. Manage overall purchasing functions to ensure smooth and efficient activities. 5. Monitor suppliers performance and recommend for improvement 6. Setup and tracking with purchasing KPI according to the company’s objectives and goal. 7. Preparing cost analysis and take the lead in price negotiation, detailed contract and legal terms. 8. Assess, and award/recommend supplier renders, bids, quotations, and proposals. 9. Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships. 10. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists. 11. Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements. 12. Manage and monitor Purchasing team more effectively 13. Work closely with authority in order to get more detail of each area for any requirement 14. Work consultative with the respective departments on efficiency production line 15. Any and all other responsibilities that may be assigned by Management

1. Male/Female, Age: 30-45years old 2. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture, or related field 3. Strong Knowledge in Purchasing Raw material for factory industry 4. 5-10 years up relevant experiences in managing purchasing raw material for factory industry, especially in Agriculture industry 5. Strong knowledge and skill agriculture (Cassava, Rice, Cans, …) 6. Have some knowledge of Accounting for calculating cost as well as general accounting skill 7. High attention to detail with accuracy 8. Good command of English communication for both writing and speaking 9. Strong Negotiation skill with self-oriented 10. Good command of Computer skill 11. Good analytical & problem solving skills, attentive to details 12. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. 13. Must be a trustworthy person with good team player spirit 14. Be able to travel and stay for work at Battambong most of the time
