7FTD Co., Ltd. is the first company in the Kingdom of Cambodia which is expert at manufacturing electrical poles and foundation piles following the European way and the Vietnamese standards. We are now looking for candidates to fill the position of Accountant. The position is based in Vihear Sour commune, Ksach Kandal district, Kandal province. (Successful candidate will be provided lunch and transport between Phnom Penh and Vihear Shour). MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor inventory as (Finished Product, Raw materials and Work in progress). • Check and received payment request from other departments then indicate the nature of expenses to make sure all are correct. • Control and check all raw materials (Main & Sub) posting by other departments. • Controlling, handle and sport check Account Payable (AP) with supplier every month. • Weekly updating account payable and report to senior accountant for prepare payment to suppliers. • Monthly update cost calculation and variance analysis. • Ensure that the ending balance for Account payable of each supplier are correct, confirm balance for the ended of month between supplier and company amount. • Key in the transactions into Quick book Software (JV, DV). • Monthly/quarterly perform stock count with material / store / warehouse representative. • Ensure that monthly raw material reports received from Material Stock Controller are reliable and accurately reflect production material consumption costs and activities. • Perform other tasks as assigned by Finance team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. • Deep knowledge of QuickBooks systems. • At least 1 year experience in accountancy and manufacture industry background is preferred • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications. • Open to change and willing to learn new skills. • The ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. • Willing to travel to and work in Kandal province. • Honesty, trustworthiness, hard-working, flexible and self-motivated.
