• Manage the manpower to ensure the construction work to be completed on time. • Control construction materials at the site to make sure that the worker are not use over and keep the site clean • Order enforcement to worker and contractor based on schedules, drawings designs, specifications and good practices in engineering • Calculate accurately of the quantity of construction materials such as concrete, steel, tiles,etc. • Handling of problems about other building works • Identify project problem and propose solution to management • Report any issues to Construction Manager in a timely manner

• Bachelor degree or diploma in the kind of engineering field. • Proven track record with 2 years plus experience as Site Engineer (Building) of construction site. • Be confident, assertive and independent. • Excellent communication and negotiation skill. • Relationship building and people management skill. • Good interpersonal skill. • Good command of speaking, reading and writing in English. Can use Chinese (Mandarin is a Plus). Also can stay in Site or came by yourself.
