- Develops recipes and menus for all retail food operations. - Supervise food production and maintaining high standard foods and costing. - Assists in taking inventory and purchasing supplies. - Keeps track of the inventory of all produce to ensure that there is enough food for preparation. - Trains, coaches and coordinates. - Other duties as necessary

Job Qualifications: Educations: -Able to demonstrate a good written and verbal communication English. -Able to use computer and computer program including Microsoft word, excel and outlook. -Associate degree or any other equivalent certificate program related to Food and Beverage Industry is recommended Experiences: -Minimum of 3 years experienced as an executive chef/head chef. Other Requirements: - Leadership skill, high commitment and confident. - Honesty, hardworking and flexibility, being able to work under pressure and as a team. - Passionate in food and good creativity ,and good knowledge in western cuisine.
