• Performs design drafting including preliminary drawings, full detail drawings for architectural, structural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement projects. • Reviews Subcontractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications. • Prepare, revise and draft CAD Drawings according to client requirements • Assist with specifications (Finishes, furniture, etc.) • Organize current drawings and execute standards, practices, and procedures • Handles design work (Architect & Interior Design, Graphic Design, Furniture and kitchen Design...) • Be able to work with supplier and Constructor to come out the required design work. • Understanding client's needs and developing design concepts in consultation with the client • Selection of design elements such as furniture, Laminates, Light fixtures, etc. to be designed virtually • Do site visits as required.

• Bachelors Degree of Architecture. • At least 2 years of experiences in architect fields. • Modeling software (Sketch Up, 3dmax, Revit), • CADD software (AutoCAD), • Graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator), • MS office: word & Excel, PowerPoint. • Be confident, assertive and independent. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Project Delivery methods, preferable. • Advanced design, visual and graphic presentation skills required. • Ability to discuss and debate philosophical design issues and solve complex project issues. • Ability to work in team environment and supervise others. • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English.
