• Identify business needs and requirement ensure sourcing and procurement activities are delivered to meet and exceed expectations • Cooperate with order to support their efforts in the best possible way to deliver savings, achieve lowest total cost of • Participate actively in Finance teams to ensure that country issues – procurement related are addressed. • Conduct demand analysis, supply analysis, sourcing plan development, supplier selection and procurement activities for local sourcing categories in accordance with corporate guidelines. • Source and recommend quality vendors that can deliver the best value to the organization at the most cost effective way. • Validate supplier qualification, continuously monitor supplier performance, and develop service improvement plan with suppliers for rectification of performance issues in compliance with Company and Corporate policy and standard.

• Bachelor Degree in any related field is required. • Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English & Khmer is required. • Good Computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email) • One year of experience in related capacity • Ability to analyse past purchasing practices, methods and procedures and recommends new procedures. • Ability to work effectively with vendors, client departments, and the general public. • Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork. • Smart, flexible, able to work under pressure and complete work with deadline.
