- Lead, Manage, develop and train the Sales Executives to optimize sales, offer an excellent service to clients and develop a truly customer services/sales driven culture. - Be committed to and work towards achieving the standards of investors in people and Hospitality assured meetings, to ensure that staffs are aware if business objective understand their role in achieving them and are encouraged to enable to undertake training and development. - Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. - Oversee all advertising, publicity and brand management. - Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to director. - Liaise and build effective relationships with internal/external service provider and customers. - Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner. - Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management to inform on implications/future sales strategies. - Oversee product research and development according to market trends and customer demand. - To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products - Liaise with line departments with regards to performance on manufacturing, transportation of goods to customers, and invoicing. - Others as assigned by GM/CEO
