Responsibilities: •Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services •Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle •Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers •Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services •Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency •Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments •Resolve any arising problems or complaints •Supervise, coach and train warehouse & CT-PAT workforce •Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets •Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements •Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements •Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials •Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments •Recruit and train of warehouse personnel •Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per clients’ criteria •Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs •Negotiate rates with carriers •Maintain customer service logs and safety records •use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs; •use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle; •use data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements; •allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs; •liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers; •develop business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions; •Prepare shipping documents •Documentation (Export Shipments) •Filing of shipping documentation •Permit Declaration •Preparing full set of shipping documents and permits declaration (Cert of Origin, Bill of Lading, LC & etc) •Liase with overseas agents/ carriers/ shipping line/ customers/ vendors on import & export shipments •Ensure proper coordination of all shipments, smooth flow of incoming and outgoing shipments

Requirements •Proven working experience as a logistics manager •Record of successful distribution and logistics management •Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff •Previous experience in handling warehouse and warehousing team •Proficient in standard logistics software •Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills •Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects •BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field •10+ years’ field logistics experience •Demonstrated understanding of consumer goods industry •Able to manage time effectively •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
