• Solve all kind of corporate customers’ issue requested by sale or customer • Go site inspection visit base on sale team or responsible customer request • Install KOFI’s machine base on sales agreement and request • Provide monthly check up service to the responsible customer • Provide warranty checkup service to the customer • Perform urgent repairing request to the responsible customer • Provide technical training to the customer as per request • Follow up with the customer after the issue or request were solved • Update daily & weekly issue to corporate technical team leader or supervisor • Other duties assigned by corporate technical team leader or supervisor.

• Bachelor in electronic or technical skill • One Years’ working experience of electronic or technical skill especially coffee machine, grinder, cooling appliance and blender. • English proficiency, be able to operate Ms. Office and associated programs.
