- Manage petty cash and expenditure weekly and monthly - Deposit and withdrawal from bank - Manage Cash on hand and bank reconciliation - Daily follow up and entry of accounting transaction - Daily issue invoice and receipt - Post all Invoices and receipts into accounting system - Daily and monthly review accounting system - Manage on A/R and A/P - Manage all on fix assets and calculate depreciation - Manage Stock in, Stock out and ending balance to make sure inventory stock is correctly - Prepare monthly inventory report and send to boss - Prepare monthly financial report and send to boss - Prepare monthly tax declaration and tax requirement - Other task assigned by boss.
