Jobs Description

- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions - Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants - Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary - Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement - Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company - Research and analyse financial reports and market trends - Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making - Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports - Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings - Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes - Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company - Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. - Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions - Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary - Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making - Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports - Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings - Maintain financial policies and procedures for the company - Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. - Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll. - Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports. - Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures. - Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA will be a plus - Mini 10 years work Experiences in Finance or Treasury management with multi trading industries - Have knowledge and skill on Bank Management and its process - Good communication skills - Fluent in both written and speaking English - Good command of Computer literature (MS Office and Accounting System) - Good analytical & problem-solving skills, attentive to detail - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required - High attention to detail and accuracy - Must Trustworthy and reliability person - Good service mindset - Good attitude with team player spirit
