•Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment •Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. In particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities, such as breaking a fence or tape residue on flooring •Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints •Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation. •Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements •Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations •Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis

-Proven work experience as operations manager -Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management -Budget development and oversight experience -Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices -Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics -Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc) -Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation -Leadership and organisational skills
