- Directs daily receiving operation - Coordinates and supervises proper storage of products and liaise other sections for storage space - Ensure all receive items are checked and store properly - Check and report any items problem - Maintains a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish department mission in an effective and efficient manner. - Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors and evaluates performance of receiving staff - Monitors all items in Merchandising department - Supervises proper documentation and signatures of delivery good based on internal procedure and key-in to the system. - Filling all supported documents properly - Monthly report to line manager - Other tasks assigned by manager

- Bachelor’s degree in logistic/Retail Business/Business Administration or any other related fields - At least 1 years in warehouse/shipping/receiving experience related area - Good command of English - Strong Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook) - Ability to work under pressure - Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments. - Willing to learn new thing - Good communication and interpersonal skill. - Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times - Positive Attitude, Honesty and Integrity - Good Health condition - Female Only - Able to work flexible on Holiday & Weekend.
