Jobs Description

HR Tasks -Assist in Recruiting staff, shortlist applicants, prepare document for Interview testing, and reference check if necessary. -Assist in prepare job adv. to agencies advertisement and follow up to finance about payment process to agencies advertisement. -Prepare interviewing schedules after shortlisted -Make phone call to shortlisted candidates for testing and interviewing. -Give an update to HR Manager on regular basis when all interviews are scheduled, candidates are informed. -Assist in prepare Internal announcement new staff to on board. -Prepare new employee checklist and folders when employees join the company -Prepare and update Personal Information Detailed and obtain required qualification degrees, required specialized certificates, National ID/Passport, and family book. -Assist HR Manager preparing other documents. -Compile relevant documents for each employee and submit to HR department for folders -Check daily attendance and leave of all employees and report to HR manager -Update monthly OT request & other allowance to HR manager and prepare for further process -Prepare payroll supporting document to HR manager Admin Tasks •Assist manager in manage on office building •Responsible for staff private insurance and claim from NSSF •Consolidate daily attendant of staff who coming late and absent to send all relevant departments •Manage on leave of staff and record data in to system. •Control on stationary stock in –out and do monthly report to HR manager •Assist manager in manage on cleaner and driver •Other duties assigned by HR Manager

Jobs Requirement

•Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field. •At least 2 years’ proven work experiences as HR & Administrator •Knowledge on computer Literacy Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook •Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law •Good interpersonal communication skill •Good in English speaking and writing •Keen attention to detail •Able to work under pressure and multi jobs •Able to manage the tasks assigned by manager and deliver on time and schedule •Honest, working hard, and quick learner
