Jobs Description

• Facilitate day-to-day Customer Service (mainly cashier function including premium collection, validation, and refund) • Investigate and provide solutions to customers' payment problems • Act as an escalation point for any tasks related to payments • Manager and count cash • Manage and keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face • Respond to customers' enquiries within standard turnaround time • Follow up on customers' requests in a timely manner and ensure service standards are met • Ensure work processes are in accordance with company’s procedures and in compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service • Ensure work processes are in accordance with company’s procedures and in compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports • Perform other tasks as assigned by management from time to time

Jobs Requirement

• A Bachelor’s degree • A minimum 3 years experiences in Customer Service • Strong service delivery customer focus & result oriented • Ability to handle with multiple tasks, sale forces and customer inquiries and deal with Wing/SmartLuy/ Bank staff when encounter any issues focus on accuracy • PC literate in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point • Mature with strong personal drive • Strong customer focus and follow-up skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good command of spoken and written English and local language • Demonstrate initiative, commitment, and responsibility • Attention to details and accuracy • Be able to use office tools including copy, printing, and fax machine • Responsible and demonstrated ability to work under pressure • Basic interaction with intermediate level internal and external contacts Interested applicants meeting the above requirements should submit their CVs, covering letters and National ID card by going to this link: http://www.manulife.com.kh/Corporate-Careers-Career-Possibilities and follow each of its step.
