• Deliver MIS reports • Review or initiate requirements according to project scope/objective as well as design processes and workflows. • Prepare UAT plans, testing conditions, test cases and facilitate UAT. • Coordinate with regional IT, local IT and end users. • Work with project manager to manage the progress of user acceptance testing • Ensure the quality of deliverables on a timely basis • Conduct user training or process/procedure manual • Assist in enquiry, solutions providing and problems solving
