** Job Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures - Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses - Recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards - Patrols assigned area on foot in assigned motor vehicle, or other specialized vehicle to ensure personal, building and equipment security. - To reports irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency, responders, such as police, fire and/or ambulance as required. - Assess Security risk and ensure that proportionate measures are in place to protect: visitors, staff, buildings, collections and assets. - Ensure that each level of security is audited and maintained to an appropriate level. - Ensure that all security perform as one team. - To develop a culture of security awareness. - Ensure that operational security decisions are correctly recorded and stored with due regard to sensitive information. - Ensure that the team has effective management, communications, resources, training and resilience. - Prepare weekly meetings with the security guard - Other job assigned by Superior
