- Coordinate production workflow for connector products - Collaborate with sales team, customers, quality control, warehouse, production and other department concerned - Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay - Determine equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand - Schedule shift according to production needs - Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget - Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption - Obtain output information (quantity of FG, % of defectives etc.) - Prepare and submit status and performance reports

- Age not over 30 years old. - Bachelor's Degree or certification is preferred - Strong problem-solving skills - Good command of English (reading/ writing/ listening/ speaking) - Good computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) - Have a willingness and responsibility to work hard. - Have good visibility and values to the organization. - Good communication and human relation.
