- Arrange and check day to day document that company requested; - File correspondence and other records; - Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail; - Prepare agendas or programs for meetings; - Be able to be the representative in attending other HR events; - Attend and take minutes of meetings, both in the office and at other locations; - Organize business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions; - Interpret and translate from Khmer to English; - Perform other tasks assigned. - Assist in recruitment process and maintain personnel records. - Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information(Ex: leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules). - Prepare H/R documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.

- Hold Bachelor degree in Management or other equivalent degree; - At least 2 year of working experience in similar position; - Have good computer literacy MS. Office; - Good in writing and speaking English and Khmer; - Good in negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills; - Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under pressure. -Good knowledge in Cambodian Labor law
