- Address and train employees periodically of all existing and new laws, regulations, guidelines, as well as compliance rules or policies; to ensure that all staffs are knowledgeable of the relevant requirements of NBC legislations, as well as Prakas and Circulars issued by NBC - Monitoring Transaction - Verify KYC/EDD documents - Keep senior managements up to date with new developments of regulation environment - Assist to complete AML questionnaire for correspondent banks, and other local banks - Review related AML policy or procedure and ensure that all are comply with Cambodia Law - Verification and submission the CTR & STR Report to CAFUI - Perform investigation on any under investigating customer/transaction - Check sanction list whether it is on time updated by IT officer - Perform any other related duties as required by management
