•Recruitment of New Sales People •Conduct Weekly 1-1's with Sales Team •Setting and Monitoring KPI's for Sales Team •Manage, Mentor & Support the Sales Team •Devise & Facilitate Training Sessions •Developing relationships with clients/agents •Pro-actively managing and qualifying enquiries •Increasing market knowledge and developing a keen awareness of competitor activity •Arrange the weekly Sales report •A high level of written and verbal communication skills •A team player with high levels of integrity and honesty •A positive, can do attitude •A proven track record in the industry selling condominiums off the plan and experience in managing relationships with local and overseas real estate companies. Additionally, you will also ideally have: •Experience in developing and driving a sales team •Strong reporting skills •Excellent Communication, Influencing & Presentation Skills
