Job Description 1. Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality. 2. Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity. 3. Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products. 4. Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams. 5. Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives. 6. Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other head of QC or plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs. 7. Create, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures. 8. Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within MLCB factory. 9. Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes. 10. Maintain active role on internal continuous improvement teams. 11. Design, develop and implement quality control training programs. 12. Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS, GMP’s 13. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies, systems and processes 14. Others task assigned by Regional Manager
