Jobs Description

• Work as a team to ensure maximized best service quality and work efficiently. • Review customers alerts and follow up with customers to inquire if action is needed • Meeting with customers and delivering products or presentations • Able to work in shifts, weekend and holidays • Be able to work on-site assigned by management • Ability to work with team, good time management and independent with less supervision

Jobs Requirement

• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply • Good command of English (Chinese or other language is a plus) • Able to work on different sites and have driving license is a plus • Have a sound knowledge of basic customer service • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) • Honest and highly responsible for work completion with accuracy
