Responsibilities • Welcomes visitor by greeting them in person or on the telephone. • Answer or referring inquiries. • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and giving instruction. • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring log book; issuing visitor badges. • Other tasks may assign by manager.

• The minimum qualification is 2nd years in university. • Basic computer certificate would be advantageous. • Chinese language is advantageous. • Working experience of clerical skills such as typing, copying and faxing would be given preference. • Proven work experience as receptionist. • Front office representative or similar role. • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite. • Hand-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machine and printer) • Professional attitude and appearance. • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
