- Daily stock controlling-Stock in and Stock out - Daily update stock inventories and stock balance - Count spare parts and control old spare parts and additional - Receiving and verifying the inventory with Delivery Order listings - Maintaining all proper documents processed for the receipt of goods and suppliers - Maintaining cleanliness and tidy in the work place. - Handle general request, PO, PA, PR before purchasing. - Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete stocks to maximize working capital - Manage control measures to ensure mistake, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved - Manage in-out letters, deliver file-documents and prepare other letters - Organize meetings and prepare minutes of the meetings, - Manage and handle security, order, and sanitationery stock control. - Manage sites, buildings and maintenance and repair - Manage water and electricity of internal usages. - Prepare reports of results of works. - Other tasks assigned by manager"

- Bachelor degree in accounting or related field. - 1 or 2 year experiences as a inventory controller. - Be able to use Quick Books for accounting record and transaction. - Willing to work in team. - Computer Skill Microsoft Office Word and Excel, outlook, & E-mail. - Able to work under pressure, flexible and honestly.
