- Preparation of monthly and yearly financial report in accordance with the latest accounting a standards. - Create and maintain process flow. - Control all daily report. - Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; reconciling entries. - Summarizes financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement, statement of charges in equity. - Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations. - Accruals, Fix-assets, revenue recognition & variance analysis. - Budgeting and forecasting and monthly management report. -Well manage accounting documents in file -Issue all accounting documents (Invoice, debit note..) -Check and verify on payment suppliers -check and price of material and spear part - Tax declaration, prepare tax document, tax filling. -Monitor monthly financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow -Ensure sufficient supporting document of all financial transaction -Preform other duties as assigned by manager

-Bachelor or Master degree in accounting and Finance -Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese -2 years’ experience in accounting and tax declaration -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to handle a full set of accountant -Ability to work independently with minimum supervision -Ability to solve practical problem and deal with general tax department -Excellent computer skills-MS Word, Excel, Quick Book, Peach tree -Knowledge about shop system -Can work under pressure
