JD: 1. According to the company's business development needs, assist the supervisor to review the recruitment plan submitted by related department and complete the recruitment plan; 2. According to the recruitment plan, develop and maintain the recruitment channels, ensure the effectiveness of the recruitment information； 3. Select resumes, and organise the interviews for candidates; 4 Update all sorts of recruitment table; 5. Other works arranged by direct manager.

1.Bachelor degree and above; 2. At least one year of working experience;Relevent civil aviation working experience is preferred; 3. English meet normal business communication; 4. Can accept business trip and work abroad.
