JD: - Assist company leaders in developing contract templates, responsible for company contract pre-audit; participate in contract negotiations and monitoring contract performance - Participate in litigation/arbitration procedures in which the company is the subject of litigation and assist company in circumventing legal risks; - Assist company in establishing lawyer service chain and provide legal consulting services for the company; - Cooperate in implementing legal training. - Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

- Bachelor degree or above; major: Law - Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to conduct business communication in English; - At least 05 years of relevant experience and skills applicable in litigation/arbitration procedures. - Good character, patient and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and understanding.
