- Manage construction site and ensure that all works are done according to the construction planning. - Checking progress on construction. - Manage and Lead Construction team on site. - Manage design output (follow-up of drawings and their approval by third parties) - Manage changes, variations, claims raised by the design team - Quality control, health and safety matters on site. - Resolve all problems on site - Review the task required and request construction materials, specification, method statement schedule or reference requirement to make sure that all priority jobs are deliver on time. - Technical consulting, Coordination between Inspector team and Contractor. - Follow up Master Schedule of project. - Solving technical problems on site

- Creative, self-motivated, hard working with experience of management and technical controlling. - Over 3 years of work experience in various sectors as supervisor, site engineer, tender documents, construction management. - Good communication skills with proven ability to work with different cultures. - Languages: Mother tongue Khmer and good in English communication. - Strong computer literacy: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Project, Remark.
