• Staff and trainer hiring and induction • Prepares, submits, and monitors the annual budget for areas of responsibilities. • Develops appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization. • Work closely with Municipal Department of Labour to fully meet the requirements, and to ensure the update and implement of labor policies and laws to create efficient, productive and discipline workforce with positive values and good work ethics. • Control staff information and document • Review employment contract • Control daily staff performance & report staff performance • CamEd’s evaluation • VISA extension for full-time lecturer • Lecturer’s flight and accommodation arrangement • Other tasks assigned by management

• Master degree in management or equivalent • 4 years or more of successful experience in management • Strong English and communication • Significant experience in the management of change • Flexible working hour (willing to work in the late evening and on weekends) • Commitment, energy, initiative, and a willingness to learn Benefit: In addition to salary, all of these positions will receive free study in the CAT program.
