Location : Cluster Project Site, Kampong Chhnang Province Schedule : Full-time Report to : Chef Salary : $350 - $500 DUTIES • Gentle cooking process • Producing from breakfast, soup, main meal, dessert, bread • Controlling of the delivery in weight • Controlling of the delivery in Quality • Controlling of the delivery note • Correct storage of the delivery (first in first out) • Purpose to put the date • Implement the hygienic concept, disposal concept, jointly reasonable, cleanliness and order • Comply with the standard from the kitchen chief • Practice work in all parts of the kitchen
