- Responsible for strategic planning and overall business strategy for the company. - Set the goals, direction and strategy of Sales Department. - Operate and be responsible for the entire operation of the Sales Department - Responsible for profitability, direction and growth of sales department - Ensure that current and future business department goals are met as expected by the board of directors for revenue and profit growth. - Business planning and marketing - Manage sales staff to ensure the best results. - Present clear and timely reports to the board of directors, presenting proposals to the management for approval. - Evaluate operating status of Business Department weekly, monthly and quarterly.

• Male or Female • 30 – 40 years old • Fluent in English • Experienced and having a good knowledge of Mobile Content Business (VAS Industry and Telcommunication operators) • Must have strong relations with Telcos. • Experienced and have a good understanding of Digital Media (Internet, Mobile Internet, SMS Premium, Mobile Payment, TV Commercial and Advertising) • Strong Relationship Management Skills • Results Oriented • Organized and being able to report efficiently • Having his/her own contact network among Mobile and TV Industry and able to get direct deal with telcos and TV. • At least five years management experience. • Ideal skill sets include the understanding of the country's politics, a culturally open-minded disposition, adaptability, integrity, strong leadership, the ability to build relationships and effective communication skills.
