-Facilitate the implement of Leasing plan -Coordinate and provide support to all tenants -Build partnership and keep good relationship with representative of all tenants -Manage and ensure confidentiality of all documents in the department -Prepare and make contract with tenant -Research market demand and industry competitors -Other tasks assigned by Manager

-Bachelor degree or relevant qualification -At least 3 years working experiences in Sales & Marketing Management or relevant field -Good leadership skills and be able to work independently and part of team -Strong negotiation and convince to the customer -Be patient, self-motivated and team building capabilities -Good business development skills especially in Leasing sector is a plus -Fluent in English and Khmer, Japanese or other language is a plus -Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, internet and email) -Hard working and be able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and holiday shift) Working time: 8:00 AM～5:00 PM Holiday: Irregular Salary: $ 450 ～ $ 600 HOW TO APPLY If you are interested in this recruitment, Please click and submit your CV!
