Jobs Description

• Processes invoice matching with its supporting document as stipulated in the company’s policies and procedures, price lists, and deposit made the Company to respective supplies • Performs supplies statement reconciliation with the Company accounting records • Communicates with necessary personal to assure proper G/L coding • Enters accounting data with high level of accuracy and on the timely basis • Balances and reconcile batch control totals with source document or computer listings in order to locate errors, encode correct amounts, or prepare correction records • Exercise moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor • Assists with week and month- end closing • Maintains files and document thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices • Provides personal, timely, accurate responses to inquiries from venders as well as internal personnel. • Manage the preparation of monthly and annual tax return • Ensure the accuracy of making correct payment in accordance with contract terms • Contribute to working capital management effort by optimizing payment timing/ financing and days payable outstanding • Develop cash outflow forecast based on the approved disbursement priorities • Extract maximum value from negotiated contract terms • Provide visibility into actual payments vs contract terms • Ensure the accuracy, speed and efficiency of processing and monitoring accounts payable and other claims • Performs other related duties as desk manager
