- Ensuring to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales volume in assigned area. - Focus on creating new customers and keeping existing customers. - Supervise and follow sales team to ensure a smooth selling process delivering to the customer - Understand the market and update data collected from competitor’s information - Define and propose the most suitable promotion for customer - Handle all inquiries and feedbacks from customers

- College degree or above - Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Supervisor, preferred in F&B or FMCG companies. - Be in love with the F&B industry, especially in the field of craft beer distribution - Leadership Skill - Negotiation and problem solving skill. - Cheerful personality - Motivating, hard-working, trustful, confident, commitment - Good communication in English - Good relationship with distributor would be preferred.
