Assist in prepare annual business and budget plan. Review plans and take remedial actions if necessary -Plan and manage the product portfolios to meet sales and GP targets through retail and wholesales channels by creating and executing 4 P strategic plans, such as efficient procurement, product line setting, pricing strategies, and effective promotion events-Introduce new product and manage, execute product launching plan -To meet the inventory management to ensure a safe level of stock in accordance with sales, cash flow, and financial goals. To accurately monitor the inventory quantity in good sellable condition within an expired period -Supervisor all employees to ensure that they are properly motivated, trained and developed, and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards in accordance with all relevant statutory and other regulations. -Take on primary responsibility to design, develop and monitor all necessary operational procedure and policies to ensure the continued efficient, cost-effective operation. -Report all kinds of regular management monthly reports to GM, Directors, and HQ (CHD) as required timely and accurately.
