1. Welcoming customers in the showroom, understanding customer needs, and presenting Mercedes-Benz brand attributes, the model lineup, vehicle options, features and benefits. 2. Visiting customers outside the showroom and conducting off-site product display events. 3. Building and maintaining a close relationship with target customers and owners. 4. Following-up the potential customers and owners via telephone and e-mail to insure their needs are met. 5. Providing test drives, if needed. 6. Selling cars and achieving the company’s and individual sales targets. 7. Facilitating vehicle registration and delivery, explaining operating features to customers prior to delivery, and insuring customers are satisfied with their vehicle after purchase. 8. Insuring the showroom and display vehicles are clean, presentable, and adhere to company's standards. 9. Studying the product branding and competing brands and products.
