-Handle on government office /administrative procedure (process external agency, know how in processing working with agency is main ) -Accounting relate works( Calculation of expenses, checking, Monthly report, check of tax calculation, correspond with the accounting firm, report to Japan headquarter) -Prepare meeting and contact to each department in company -provide good working environment ( Proposal of events, preparing and arrangement etc) -Schedule management, need the person who can management to meet deadline -When problem occurred, not only report to Japanese, need person who has ability to solve problems

-Graduated BA and above -Can use Japanese in Business level (JLPT N2 and above) -4 to 5 year experience related to Admin field -Can use English in business level -Understand Cambodia Tax system -Understand Cambodia Labor Law -Can work with Cambodia Ministries such as Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, Ministry of Commerce etc. -Need the person who can handle all works of accounting, office works, admin & HR -need the person who has experience in management.
