Jobs Description

- To prepare production and supply plans based on demand forecasts, finished goods stock level, capacity constraints, raw and packaging materials availability and work force availability. - To optimize production capacity based on long-term planning (18 months) - To plan with production on yearly maintenance schedule and adjust schedule to meet product availability. - To highlight production capacity and limitation to superiors for forward planning before S&OP; cycles - To maintain finished goods stock at optimum level. - To control safety stock and management - To update weekly supply requirements for both beer and soft drink forward looking 18 months. - To highlight supply constraint to superiors before weekly and monthly S&OP; cycles - To propose alternative options related to production based on supply constraints - To update production planning by SKU for 18 month forward looking - To assist in getting data on cost savings to superior. - To prepare supply planning KPI’s - To back up for superior in S&OP; cycle during absence - To provide support to end users on daily operation of SAP PP. - To initiate, execute or participate in suitable action where necessary to improve logistics operations. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain - At least 3 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in manufacturing industry - Knowledge of supply chain management - Knowledge of statistics - Knowledge of forecasting methodology - Knowledge of cost accounting - Knowledge of manufacturing process - Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and Power Point - Strong presentation and written communication - Experience in using ERP/Planning system such as SAP or Future Master - Able to communicate and present in English clearly - Strong interpersonal skills - Strong communication skills - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills - Able to prepare understandable slides regarding issues and scenarios - Able to do cost comparison - Able to work with and manage changes - Able to work under pressure Company Benefits Khmer beverages will offer very attractive competitive remuneration fringe benefits based on your knowledge and experience including, annual salary increment, 13th month salary, Special Bonus, good career development opportunity with company, Health & accident Insurance and other benefits based on HR policy.
