• Prepare necessary documentary task on behalf of BCM such as action log, presentations, calendar setting, reports, proposals, and contracts, etc. • Follow up the action log that set by BCM and monitoring the updated action log for all meeting of KHB. • Monitor the performance of each project have been role out. • Attend meetings with BCM and take minutes; attend meetings on behalf of Business Manager when he or she is not available. • Conduct outsource information survey such as Statistic Information related to Macro and Micro economic for business purpose which assigned by BCM. • Conduct market research; collect data and information related to market and business trend, consumer engagement survey and reports. • Organize documents; maintain up-to-date records in the database for business purpose; • Perform other duties as assigned by BCM.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree is must preferred. • 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience. • At least 2 year of experience in the FMCG industry. • Understanding of administrative work, Market trend and consumer insight trend. • Knowledge of the beverage market • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills • Good leadership skills • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills • Good planning and organizational skills • Ability to think creatively and innovatively • Ability to work under pressure • Valid driving license • Ability to travel to provinces and station in the upcountry
