• To be responsible for all operational function related to Purchasing starting from PO issuance until shipment is received timely • To monitor order status from time to time to ensure delivery time meets the requirement date • To attend to issues related to supply such as suppliers delay, shipping & any other issues by taking prompt action to solve the issues • To keep management and other key stakeholders informed of any changes affecting supply • To closely monitor and follow with suppliers on issues to speed up the delivery as per schedule • To plan and schedule local delivery to meet requirement date • To monitor staffs, work & ensure all related SAP system & document are updated timely • To ensure all suppliers invoice are verified for payment • To monitor PO issuance and ensure it is closed in the SAP system • To study & improve current order management • To work closely with supply planning & other stakeholders to ensure continuity in supply • Train, develop & coach subordinates to meet competency skills required • To do any other tasks or function as and when required by management.

• Graduate degree in Business Administration Management field or Accounting • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial field or Brewery • Excellent in commercial management and Logistic • Knowledge in Business law • Ability to operate and communicate well with all levels of employees and workers • Good problem-solving skill • Having a good proficiency in Microsoft office suite and Adobe Software • Ability to work in teamwork and other department, initiative and development skill.
