- Lead team to do research, collect and analyze construction costs of all materials required for construction project; - Lead team to check, evaluate BOQ and other contracts - Prepare, control and facilitate sub-contractions and bidding for projects and ensure high accuracy of the cost; - Measure and evaluate the working process of teams under supervision; - Develop BOQ measurement procedure; - Make sure that the project plan is correct in accordance to the quantity including technical condition and cost; - Prepare monthly report relating to cost control and QS work;

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; - At least 3 year work experience in QS & QC; - Possess strong analytical and problems solving skills; - Be willing to work as a team with high responsibility; - Possess strong moral attitude and leadership skills; - Be honest; - Be capable of using Ms. Project and ms Office; - Be able to work under pressure;
