- Drive and lead brand team members, and assist the Marketing team in the development brand programs and key marketing fundamental plans, such as developing and aligning Business Channel Plans into Brand Plans - Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and creative agencies. Organize and create promotional plans for trade activation - Formulate integrated marketing campaigns to support multi-channel advertisements - Monitor the implementation of each marketing campaign - Provide inputs on consumer markets; monitor market trends and information related to competitors; identify market opportunities and potential areas of development/focus; develop market strategies to gain market share and achieve top line targets for the brand - Lead the team under supervisor and ensure timely implementation of effective consumer marketing plans, including new product launches in line with brand strategies - Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sale & Marketing - Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply - Knowledge of market research and analysis - Knowledge of business models and strategy - Good negotiation and interpersonal skills - Good command of speaking and writing in English - Good analytical and logical thinking skills - Ability to think creatively and innovatively - Ability to work under pressure - Good computer literature: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Valid driver’s license - Willing to travel
