- Daily stock controlling-Stock in and Stock out - Daily update stock inventories - Compiling accurate stock record - Inventories stock report - Keeping record maintaining cycle counts the entire inventories the stock - Managing stock request from Technician or Body Paint. - Calculating and maintain actual monthly inventory records, goods usage and inventory forecast. - Receiving verifying inventory Delivery Order Listings - Reporting lost, damage any such discrepancies the supervising authority - Maintaining proper documents processed the receipt goods suppliers - Coordinating with Head Office in Thailand for correct inventory control, cyclic and monthly stock. - Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts - Prepare monthly stock report - Perform other duties assigned by Manager

- At least bachelor degree business administration majoring accounting, any Business field. - Working Experience: A minimum 3-years experiences Stock related field work. - Good command in English. Chinese speaking is will be advantaged. - Computer skill proficiency in Microsoft Word , Excel - Familiar with inventory database systems - Be able to work under pressure - Ability manage work independently - Attention detail accuracy numeracy - Able to use Microsoft word, Excel inventory system - Strong team spirit , Reliable, Honest Responsible assigned tasks
