- Plan Brand Ambassador strategies in line with Brand and Channel plan - Manage and implement operational plans and standard operating procedures - Develop performance standards and performance measurement for BA Coordinators/BAs’ - Develop and constantly review training modules and provide continuous coaching and support for BA Coordinators and Bas aimed at improving their competencies and capabilities - Analyse market competitive information, practices (Compensation practices, related info) and crafting remuneration programs to attract and retain BA Coordinators and BAs - Conduct regular meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to monitor implementation and progress of assigned projects

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Sale Marketing - At least 3 years’ experience related - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Good command of spoken and written English and Khmer - Good people management skill and leadership skills - Passionate, possess high level of commitment and initiative, and strong drive to succeed - Versatile, organised, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment - Ability to work under pressure - Computer literature (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point) - Wiling to travel
