- Maintain and enhance standards of performance of the parts and service teams through effective coaching and performance management. - Maintain and enhance customer service standards and ensure understanding and constancy to the requirements of customer satisfaction - Ensure sufficient resources are available to meet servicing requirements - Maximize commercial opportunities through developing and implementing campaigns - Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity in the market, ensuring that marketing campaigns are relevant and targeted - Ensure all Service processes meet company’s requirements - Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

- At least 5 years experiences in automotive industrial or garage management field - Good at English communication. Chinese speaking is will be advantaged. - Education background must be at least Bachelor Degree. - Automotive Engineer Background - Good organizational skills - Ability to lead a team - Influencing and negotiating skills - Team work spirit
