- Develops marketing programs targeted to channel, retailers, consumers and distributors. - Develops a trade promotional plan with key customer and channels - Develops creative briefs for programs and publications working with external agencies - Working closely with the Sales and brand marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with objectives and targets. - Frequent communication with teams to support data collection, issue resolution and requests. - Provide leadership to the business planning and strategic planning process

- Bachelor Degree in Business or Sales and Marketing. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Trade Marketing from FMCG - Good written and spoken English - Computer literate: MS office, e-mail and others are preferred - Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
