On Trade Channel: - Executive channel action plans according to the channel strategy - Collaborate and ensure cross functional alignment and commitment - Analyze and provide consumer, category and brand information to support channel marketing and sales plans - Collaborate with key accounts team on key accounts plans Brand Ambassador: - Implement and executive Brand Ambassador strategy plan in line with Brand and Channel Plan - Manage and implement operational plans and standards operating procedures - Support in development of performance standards and performance measurement for BA Coordinators/Bas - Develop training modules and provide continuous coaching and support for BA Coordinators and Bas aimed at improving their competencies and capabilities - Obtain and analyze market competitive information and practices (Compensation practices, related info) assist in crafting remuneration programs to attract and retain BA coordinators and Bas - Conduct regular meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to monitor implementation and progress of assigned projects

- Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Sales & Marketing - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sale/Marketing from FMCG - Comprehensive understanding of Market Channels & Trending - Ability to work under pressure - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Good leadership and team player - Passionate, commitment and strong drive to succeed - Enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment - Good written and spoken English - Computer literate: MS office, e-mail and others are preferred - Willing to travel
