- Follow up with sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning - Accurately inventorying construction material - Providing technical advice and solving problems on site - Keep track of the project schedule - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of manpower - Prepare report of sub-contractors - Check the quality and safety at the construction site - Cooperates with other departments to make smoothly operation at site as planning - Other tasks will assign by Supervisor

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and other related fields - At least 2 years of work experience in similar position;  - Be able to manage workers at the assign site; - Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost; - Be able to use English language - Good at problems solving, negotiation and site management - Be friendly, flexible, honestly, patient, punctual, hard-working, and be able to work under pressure. - Be able to use AutoCAD 2D, MS.
