Performs all other duties as assigned. Support help desk to assist users with resolving software issues and questions Manually test applications to ensure functionality, quality and performance Review user feedback, use cases and functional requirements Validate and document reported software bugs Track user requests for features and changes Track bug reports and follow-up with development team on status Provide metrics reporting to support the software development initiatives

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information System or a closely related field Two years of increasingly responsible experience in an information technology environment; One to two years’ experience in providing software application support; Experience with reporting and analytic applications; Software problem management and solution experience; Demonstrated knowledge of systems analysis and information technology principles; Customer service minded, and solutions oriented; Interprets or discusses information with others, with often involve terminology and concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provides advice and recommends actions involving complex issues; Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking) Ability to work with a wide variety of problems and personalities, while continuing to promote a professional and pleasant demeanor; Ability to exercise substantial judgment and work with limited supervision; Ability to work with a variety of personalities especially employees experiencing frustration with technology; Knowledge in accounting, retail sale process, real estate system What we offer: We offer attractive remuneration and fringe benefits including free meals, 13th month double pay, bonus, and insurance, etc. with excellent career development opportunities to the right candidates.
